Harjeet Kour Gill is from a Sikh (Punjabi) family, she was born on 21/02/1979 in Thane, Mumbai. She completed her education at Gyanodaya Vidya Mandir High School in Thane. Since childhood 'Harjit' was curious about social causes happening around, so whatever the situations she faced in her life, she always remains very excited about social services.
She faced a lot of difficulties and the worst situations in her life journey, but she was always remained firm like a strong rock. The purpose of creating this institution "Parivartan Group" was that a new enthusiasm should be created in women and children, a sign of new courage should be given to women. Be made self-reliant, so that women can earn themselves and run their household.
She has seen poverty very closely and has gone through every turn of life where a woman considers herself very helpless and weak, but like she never gave up courage, in the same way, she has become the courage of many such women. So far, she has given employment to more than 450 women, and always works for the good education of children, reaches women and baseless people, herself goes and sees their problems.
Social service means service to God, we should see God in human beings and help the weak, baseless people because if we want to do good for our tomorrow then we have to start from today! Change has to be brought into society through social service.
Beyond these, She has so many other plans for the benefit of the society, so that the society can be improved and every person can get benefit through her vision so that the new generation should not go on the wrong path.
So let's join the change and bring a new change,
Start the change with yourself. ("A Parivartan....")
